The essence of Synergy Nine is expressed by two maxims:
- Enabling the informed enterprise
- Creating the managed enterprise
While creating the managed enterprise is the end goal, enabling the informed enterprise is the prime Synergy Nine building block towards the managed enterprise.
We believe effective enterprise management is guided by pertinent information information gained from measuring "the enterprise in operation."
Simply obtaining monitoring data is not enough, what is needed is "data in context," that is: Monitoring Information describing the health of the business, as enacted in their IT systems.
Enabling the informed enterprise - Synergy Nine works with enterprises to capture and leverage monitoring information. This monitoring information provides understanding of the relationship between operational systems and the business processes they support.
This information needs to be delivered to the right decision makers at the right time so it can be acted upon, enabling business agility and efficient operations.
